Marinade Ingredients
- Chicken thigh 900 g
- Grated onion 30 g
- Cooking sake 1 tbsp
- Yuzu kosho 1 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp (~3 g)
- Sesame oil 2 tsp
- Egg 1 1/2 tbsp (beaten)
Coating Ingredients
- All-purpose flour 4 tbsp
- Cornstarch 2 tbsp (2:1 ratio, total 6 tbsp)
Mayo Sauce Ingredients
- Minced onion 1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 6 tbsp
- Chilsung Cider 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
Personal Notes
- Could increase the marinade slightly next time.
- Retry using rice flour instead of all-purpose flour.
- For the mayo sauce, maybe add finely chopped cheongyang chili.
