- Light brown rice
- Olive oil
- Cabbage
- Shredded kale
- Chopped tomato
- Tuna 1/6 can amount
- Kimchi (roughly the same amount as tuna)
Add After Cooking (Finishing Aromatics)
- Chopped cilantro stems
- Chopped parsley stems
