• 1/4 Red onion
• Juice from 1/2 orange
• Juice from 1/2 lime
• 1 Habanero
• Achiote paste 30g

Inside Burrito

• Shredded lettuce
• Some jalapeno
• Chopped tomatoes
• Spread guacamole
• Grated cheese
• Salsa

Personal Notes

Cooking chicken with achiote paste brings out a lot of flavor, but in this case it was a bit too much. The saltiness can be adjusted, right now the flavor intensity outweighs the salt. It might be worth trying a different recipe that uses achiote paste more subtly.
