Ingredients
- Niiban Dashi 450 ml
- Water 100 ml
- 1 Green onion / oil
- Shiitake mushroom
- Wood ear mushroom
- 1 Onion
- Gai Choy
- Drops of Rayu Japanese Chili Oil
Shoyu Tare Ingredients
- Soy sauce 3 tbsp
- Mirin 1 tbsp
- Cooking sake 1 tbsp
- Allulose 1 tsp
Personal Notes
I’m not too sure whether this could be saltier, tastes fine, but could be better. Maybe reduce the amount of Niiban Dashi? (more like 350 ml instead of 450?)
