Ingredients

  • Beef slices (300g)
  • Enoki mushrooms
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Green onion
  • 1 Egg
  • Napa cabbage 4 leaves
  • Sliced burdock root 1 scoop
  • 1/2 Firm tofu
  • Konjac noodles
  • Mirin 4 tbsp
  • Dark brown sugar 4 tbsp
  • Water 500 ml
  • Soy sauce 6 tbsp
  • Wood ear mushroom
  • Shiitake mushroom

Personal Notes

Either use ichiban dashi or put shiro dashi 2 tbsp or so.
