Ingredients
- Beef slices (300g)
- Enoki mushrooms
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Green onion
- 1 Egg
- Napa cabbage 4 leaves
- Sliced burdock root 1 scoop
- 1/2 Firm tofu
- Konjac noodles
- Mirin 4 tbsp
- Dark brown sugar 4 tbsp
- Water 500 ml
- Soy sauce 6 tbsp
- Wood ear mushroom
- Shiitake mushroom
Personal Notes
Either use ichiban dashi or put shiro dashi 2 tbsp or so.
