Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • Ichiban dashi 150 ml
  • Mirin 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Soy sauce 1/3 tbsp

Personal Notes

Texture was good. To get rid of the oil residues on the bottom and get that mirror-like surface, I need to filter the egg mixture after combining it with the dashi. Make sure to pour slowly through a sieve to avoid creating unnecessary bubbles.
