  • 22 Chicken wings
  • 22 Dried dates
  • 4 Big green onions (White portion only)
  • Sesame oil 27 ml
  • Perilla oil 32 ml
  • Rayu 5 ml
  • Allulose 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 30g
  • Sake 200 ml
  • Red chili pepper paste 1 1/3 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 2 2/3 tbsp

Personal Notes

Try to buy a different type of wings for this recipe. Instead of party wings, using wider and larger wings would likely yield a better result. Also, I think I need to either reduce the number of wings or increase the amount of marinade next time. The original 250 ml of marinade sauce felt a bit insufficient for this many wings, but the overall flavor profile was good.
