Ingredients

  • Korean red chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Korean red chili pepper powder 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Minced garlic 1 tbsp
  • Allulose 4 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Shredded kale
  • Avocado oil
  • Rice cake

Personal Notes

I think I could reduce the amount of minced garlic by 0.25 tbsp. The sweetness could also be increased; I omitted sugar entirely this time, but adding 0.5 tbsp might be better. Lastly, I could add an extra 0.5 tbsp of soy sauce for more saltiness.
