Ingredients
- Korean red chili paste 1 tbsp
- Korean red chili pepper powder 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Minced garlic 1 tbsp
- Allulose 4 tbsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Water 2 tbsp
- Shredded kale
- Avocado oil
- Rice cake
Personal Notes
I think I could reduce the amount of minced garlic by 0.25 tbsp. The sweetness could also be increased; I omitted sugar entirely this time, but adding 0.5 tbsp might be better. Lastly, I could add an extra 0.5 tbsp of soy sauce for more saltiness.
