Sauce Ingredients

  • Red chili pepper powder 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2.25 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tbsp
  • Minced garlic 0.75 tbsp
  • Chilsung Cider 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil 2 tbsp
  • Allulose 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seed

Personal Notes

I tweaked the recipe slightly from my previous version. I replaced the sugar with allulose, reduced the minced garlic, omitted a few toppings, and increased the amount of vinegar for stronger flavor. Forgot to add Jikabiyaki this time. This updated version tastes better overall.
