Sauce Ingredients
- Red chili pepper powder 3 tbsp
- Vinegar 2.25 tbsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tbsp
- Minced garlic 0.75 tbsp
- Chilsung Cider 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil 2 tbsp
- Allulose 2 tbsp
- Sesame seed
Personal Notes
I tweaked the recipe slightly from my previous version. I replaced the sugar with allulose, reduced the minced garlic, omitted a few toppings, and increased the amount of vinegar for stronger flavor. Forgot to add Jikabiyaki this time. This updated version tastes better overall.
