  • Soondubu
  • Enoki mushrooms
  • Sliced pork belly
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 4 Small green onions
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 Zucchini
  • Sliced burdock root 1 scoop
  • 2 Cheongyang chili peppers
  • Water 375 ml
  • Mirin 2 tbsp
  • White pepper
  • Korean red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Minced garlic 1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
